A woman held at the Gloria McDonald Women's Facility in Cranston, Rhode Island, was found unresponsive alone in her cell. She was taken to Rhode Island Hospital, where she later died. J.R. Ventura, a spokesman for the Rhode Island Department of Corrections, said the death is under investigation and that no foul play is suspected. He said the manner of death is pending.
