A 25-year-old man from Bountiful died by suicide at the Davis County Jail in Utah over the weekend before June 22, 2020. Davis County Sheriff Kelly Sparks said all protocols, including new ones, were followed in his case. The sheriff said he had received the jail's new nurse screening and a mental health visit before he died.
