A 25-year-old man died on December 21, 2015, while held at the Lake County Adult Detention facility in Ohio. Officials at the facility said he was found unresponsive on the floor of his cell that evening, and paramedics took him to TriPoint Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead. Both bodies were sent to the Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner's Office for autopsies to determine the cause of death, which is still pending.
