A man held at the Garfield County Jail in Colorado was found unresponsive in his cell in the early morning of June 21, 2018, according to the Garfield County Sheriff's Office. He was in a holding cell used for people newly admitted to the jail, and two other people in the cell were asleep when officers found him. The sheriff's office said it did not suspect foul play, and the cause of death had not been determined. His name was to be released by the county coroner after next of kin were reached.
