A man, 52, died on April 25, 2017, at Will County Jail, in the custody of the Will County Sheriff's Office. The death was reported to the Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority, which does not publish the names of the people who died. Its report says: “Subject was complaining about a medical problem, an ambulance was called and inmate was transported to the hospital. Inmate died at the hospital under emergency medical care.”
