A woman held at the Lonoke County jail in Arkansas was found unresponsive on Saturday, May 18, 2026. She was later pronounced dead at a local hospital. The Lonoke Sheriff's Office said there were no signs of foul play at this time and asked the Arkansas State Police to conduct an independent investigation.
