Melvin Goodwin
Melvin Goodwin, 34, died on September 12, 2025, at the Milwaukee County Jail, where he was held. The Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office said staff found him unconscious and unresponsive in his cell during meal service. The sheriff's office described a medical emergency, and the medical examiner had not yet determined the cause or manner of death. The Waukesha County Sheriff's Office is investigating the death.
