A 30-year-old person died at the Bexar County jail in Texas on August 14, 2024, around 1:20 p.m., the day after another person died there. The Bexar County Sheriff's Office said the investigation is ongoing and that the person may have taken their own life. An outside investigation by the Precinct 2 Constables Office is underway under the Sandra Bland Act. No name, cause of death or other details about the person have been reported.
