A 32-year-old woman was held at the Luzerne County Correctional Facility in Pennsylvania when she hanged herself there on October 21, 2021, the Times Leader reported. She was taken to a local hospital, where she died on November 14, 2021. Luzerne County Coroner Francis Hacken ruled her death a suicide after an autopsy, and the county Detective's Office is investigating. Her name has not been released.
