A person held at the Marshall County Jail in Oklahoma died in July 2023. The Marshall County Sheriff's Office said deputies found them unresponsive just after 10 a.m. on Tuesday, July 25, and that they were taken to a hospital, where they died of their injuries. The sheriff's office asked the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation to investigate and said it would release more information after that investigation.
