Ulysee Morris Rozier
Ulysee Morris Rozier, 19, of Dublin, died on May 17, 2009, while held at the Laurens County Detention Center in Georgia. The Laurens County Sheriff's Office report said jailers found him hanging in his cell on a Sunday night. An earlier record listed the cause of death as suicide. GBI investigators said preliminary results indicated no foul play, and autopsy results were expected the following day.
