Tyriece Lockhart
Tyriece Lockhart, 23, died on July 3, 2022, while held at the Western Tidewater Regional Jail in Suffolk. Jail officials said he was found collapsed in his cell in a housing area late on a Sunday night, and that he was pronounced dead at the scene after Suffolk emergency responders arrived. Officials said they did not suspect foul play and cited a medical emergency, but the cause of death remains under investigation. Suffolk police and an administrative review by the jail are underway.
