Tulio Lopez
Tulio Lopez, 56, died on March 4, 2022, while held at the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) Allenwood Medium in White Deer, Pennsylvania. According to a Bureau of Prisons press release, he was found unresponsive, and emergency medical services took him to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead. The Bureau said the FBI was notified and that no staff or other people held at the facility were hurt.
