Truman Lee Evans
Truman Lee Evans, 37, of Springhill, was held at the Springhill City Jail when he was found hanging in his cell on Monday, June 4, 2018. Springhill Police Chief Will Lynd said he had been moved to his own cell after he began acting out and that he made no suicidal threats. The chief's account is the agency's own claim, and an autopsy was to be performed in Little Rock. The Webster Parish Sheriff's Office is leading the investigation.
