Troy Driver, 43, was held at the Lyon County jail in Yerington, Nevada, when he died on August 6, 2023. Lyon County Sheriff Brad Pope said Driver apparently killed himself, and that he was found unresponsive in his cell on Sunday evening and was not revived. The sheriff said state investigators will conduct a formal inquiry and that no further details will be released until it is complete.
