Tristan Andrew

Tristan Andrews, 29, died on August 29, 2023, while held at the Anchorage Correctional Complex in Alaska, according to the Alaska Department of Corrections, which announced the death. The State Medical Examiner had not yet determined the cause of death, and the department said officials did not suspect foul play. The department said an internal review was underway. The ACLU of Alaska has asked for an independent review of deaths in department custody.
