Trevis Gembarowski
Trevis Gembarowski, 44, of Newfane, Vermont, died at Southern State Correctional Facility in Springfield on September 27, 2026. He had been held at the prison since September 26, and the Vermont Department of Corrections said he suffered a medical event that morning before he was pronounced dead.
