Trevaris Rachel, 32, died on October 14, 2025, while in the custody of the Missouri Department of Corrections. He was taken to Texas County Memorial Hospital in Houston, Missouri, where he was pronounced dead that evening. The Department said it would release no further information until an autopsy is complete, so the cause and manner of his death are pending.
