Travis Nelson-Martinez
Travis Nelson-Martinez was 19. According to a Daily Herald listing of deaths at the Snohomish County Jail since 2005, he died by suicide in his cell at the jail in Everett on September 9, 2014. A 2018 Spokesman-Review report described three suicides at the jail that month, two of them by hanging, but did not name the people who died.
