Travis Charles Winn, 50, died on October 29, 2024, while held at South Fork Forest Camp, a minimum-security work camp in Tillamook, Oregon, according to the Oregon Department of Corrections. The department said the Oregon State Police were notified, as they are for all in-custody deaths. The State Medical Examiner will determine the cause of death.
