Tory Crook
Tory Crook, 40, was held at the Cummins Unit state prison in Grady, Arkansas. According to an Arkansas Department of Correction news release, staff found him in his single-man cell with apparent self-inflicted wounds on May 22, 2019, and he was taken to the unit infirmary and then a local hospital, where he died the next morning. The department says the cause and manner of death are undetermined, and the Arkansas State Police are investigating while the department conducts an internal review.
