Torrey Forrester
Torrey Forrester, 42, was held at Washington State Prison in Davisboro, Georgia, when he was found lying on the floor of his cell on the afternoon of July 1, 2024. Medical staff responded and emergency crews were called. The Georgia Department of Corrections says his death is undetermined and that there are no reports of an altercation or delayed response. The body was sent to the GBI crime lab to establish the official cause of death, and the department's Office of Professional Standards is investigating.
