Toronda Euniece Scott, 37, was held at the Rankin County Jail in Mississippi. According to a news release from the Rankin County Sheriff's Office, Capt. Paul Holley said she was found unresponsive in her cell on a Saturday. The Mississippi Bureau of Investigation is investigating her death, and no cause has been announced.
