Tonya Spalding
Tonya Spalding, 46, was a native of Clark County, Kentucky. She was held at the Madison County Detention Center in Richmond, where she was found unresponsive in her cell around 1:30 a.m. on February 23, 2024. Kentucky State Police are investigating, and her body was sent to Frankfort for an autopsy and toxicology report. The cause and manner of her death have not been determined.
