Tony Waters
Tony Waters, 55, of Kilgore, was found unresponsive in his cell at the Gregg County Jail in late July 2018. He was taken to a hospital in Longview, where he died of his injuries on July 28, 2018. Gregg County Sheriff Maxey Cerliano said Waters took his own life.
