Tony Randall Davis
Tony Randall Davis, a man in his 50s, was held at the Dougherty Jail in Georgia. After about two days there, a jail staff member found him unresponsive in his cell during rounds. He was pronounced dead at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital.
