Tony Harper
Tony Harper was held at the Cummins Unit state prison in Arkansas, and he died of COVID-19 during the 2020 outbreak there, one of 11 people from the facility who died of the disease. DeMarco Raynor, another person held at the prison, said he knew Tony Harper very well. The state had not explained to reporters how the virus entered the prison.
