Tony E. Taylor died on July 20, 2022, after an incident at the East Arkansas Regional Unit, a state prison in Arkansas. He was taken to Forrest City Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead. The Arkansas State Police and the Arkansas Department of Corrections are investigating the death, and no cause has been announced.
