Tommy "TJ" Garza Jr.
Tommy Garza, 27, was the father of three, according to his family, and his stepmother said he had respiratory problems after exposure to hydrogen sulfide gas and was under medical care. He died on November 10, 2015 while held at the Ector County Detention Center in Texas. His family says he had asked for medical help and his oxygen before he was found unresponsive in his cell.
