Tommy L. Ragan, 81, died while in the custody of the Washington State Department of Corrections at Stafford Creek Corrections Center. The Lewis County Prosecutor's Office announced his death in a news release on May 14, 2025. As of that afternoon, the cause of death had not been publicly announced.
