Tom Blackard
Tom Blackard, 23, was a farmer who lived near Dukedom, Tennessee. He was being held in the jail at Fulton when, around 10:30 at night, a mob took him from the jail. The Hopkinsville Kentuckian reported that the mob hanged him from a bridge, where officers and citizens later found him dead.
