Todd Searight-Douglass Neff
Todd Searight-Douglass Neff, 40, of Post Falls, died on January 3, 2009, while held at the Kootenai County Jail, where he had been since October. According to a Kootenai County sheriff's office news release, another person held at the jail alerted guards around noon that he was unresponsive, and he was found in his bunk not breathing. The sheriff's office said staff attempted CPR, and he was declared dead after medical personnel arrived. Coeur d'Alene police were to investigate, and the cause and manner of death have not been stated.
