Tina Ketcham
Tina Ketcham was held at the Linn County Jail in Albany, Oregon, from late February 2020. On the morning of March 11, 2020, corrections deputies found her hanging in her cell during a security check, and paramedics pronounced her dead. Linn County Sheriff Jim Yon described her death as an apparent suicide. The Benton County Sheriff's Office and the Linn County Medical Examiner are investigating the death.
