Timothy Tillery
Timothy Tillery, 24, was held at the Northeast Correctional Complex in Mountain City, Tennessee. According to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation and 1st District Attorney General Tony Clark, he was found unconscious in his cell in July 2014, and investigators say he had a dispute with another prisoner, went into that prisoner's cell, and was in a physical altercation there. He was taken to hospital and died the next day, on July 19, 2014. Officials have classified the death as a homicide, and a fellow prisoner has been indicted in connection with it.
