Timothy Russell Moses
Timothy Russell Moses, 60, died at the El Dorado Correctional Facility in Kansas on February 25, 2020, the day he was admitted to the prison. Prison spokeswoman Jarris Perkins said Kansas corrections officials are investigating his cause of death. No cause or manner of death has been released.
