Timothy Roberts
Timothy Ray Roberts, 27, of Austin, died on April 16, 2023 at the Travis County Jail Central Booking Facility, according to the Travis County Sheriff's Office, after he became unresponsive during booking. The Sheriff's Office said its internal affairs and criminal investigations units, the Texas Rangers and the medical examiner are investigating, and that an autopsy was performed with results pending. He was pronounced dead at 7:19 p.m. after Austin-Travis County EMS took over care.
