Timothy Reid Cullen
Timothy Reid Cullen, 63, of Blanchard, Oklahoma, was found unresponsive in his cell at the Sedgwick County Adult Detention Facility in Wichita on the night of Tuesday, September 2, 2025. He was pronounced dead at a nearby hospital at 10:44 p.m. The Sedgwick County Sheriff's Office said preliminary evidence indicates he died by suicide through self-asphyxiation. The Kansas Bureau of Investigation was notified and is investigating the death.
