Died in prison
Timothy R. Moses
Timothy Russell Moses, 60, died on February 25, 2020, at the El Dorado Correctional Facility, a Kansas state prison, on the day he was admitted there. Kansas Department of Corrections officials said he died unexpectedly in the afternoon. The department and the Kansas Bureau of Investigation are investigating, and the official cause of death is pending an autopsy.
