Timothy Pauley
Timothy Pauley, 34, of Weirton, died after being held at the Allegheny County Jail. On Sunday, April 7, 2019, he was found unresponsive in his cell, and Warden Orlando Harper said he had attempted suicide by hanging. Paramedics took him to UPMC Mercy Hospital, where he was pronounced dead on April 11. Allegheny County Police are investigating his death, and the jail plans an internal review.
