Timothy Murray, 32, died on September 7, 2018, while held at Menard Correctional Center in Randolph County, Illinois. According to WBEZ Chicago, other people held at the prison said he banged on his cell door for help after the morning meal, and security staff did not arrive until the afternoon meal.
