Timothy Leininger
Timothy Leininger, 27, was his mother Shelley Leininger's only child, and she told reporters he had physical and mental health problems, had a tumor removed the year before, and took daily medication. He was found unresponsive and in cardiac arrest in a medical unit of the Allegheny County Jail in 2015, and was placed on life support at UPMC Mercy, where he died in intensive care. His mother said doctors told her he had severe brain damage with no hope of recovery. The Allegheny County Medical Examiner's Office said the autopsy was inconclusive and further tests were underway, so the cause and manner of his death were not yet determined.
