Timothy Hollowell, 35, died on July 27, 2012, while held at the St. Clair County jail in Belleville, Illinois. According to St. Clair County sheriff's Sgt. Mike Hundelt, corrections officers came to wake him for breakfast and found him in his cell bed, and he was pronounced dead at a hospital. Sheriff's officials said investigators reviewed cell block video and interviewed people held in the block and found nothing suggesting foul play.
