Timothy Bryan Barrett

Timothy Bryan Barrett, 37, was held in the Washington Parish jail in Louisiana. Deputies found him dead in his cell in the early hours of May 5, 2015. The Washington Parish Sheriff's Office said it appeared he had hanged himself and that there was no evidence of foul play. At the sheriff's office's request, the Louisiana State Police conducted an independent investigation into his death.
