Timothy Alvarez
Timothy Alvarez was held at the Joseph Harp Correctional Center, an Oklahoma Department of Corrections prison, when he died in October 2023. Cleveland County District Attorney's Office investigators say another prisoner in his pod attacked him with a homemade shank and stabbed him to death. The DA's office says Alvarez tried to leave his cell during the attack and the other prisoner took the weapon from him. The man charged in the killing has been charged with murder after admitting the stabbing, according to investigators.
