Tiffany Reeves, 37, of Smyrna, Delaware, died in the early morning of October 18, 2021, while in state custody at Sussex Correctional Institution in Georgetown. The Department of Corrections said it does not believe foul play was involved. Her family was notified, and her body was taken to the state Division of Forensic Science.
