Tiffany Everest
Tiffany Everest, 30, died on June 16, 2018, while held at the Arizona State Prison Complex Perryville. The Arizona Department of Corrections said a witness saw her in her cell with clothing wrapped around her neck and tied to an air vent, and described it as an apparent act of self-harm. She could not be revived after paramedics arrived. The department and the county medical examiner's office are investigating her death.
