Thomas Willingham III
Thomas Willingham III, 48, began vomiting in the Tulsa Jail in Tulsa, Oklahoma, on February 2, 2017. The jail's medical provider arranged for him to be taken by ambulance to St. John Medical Center, where an emergency room doctor pronounced him dead.
