Thomas Starr, 39, of Southington, died on May 11, 2024, while held at the Southern Ohio Correctional Facility, a state prison. A spokesperson for the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction said his death was an apparent suicide. The Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating the death.
