Thomas Phillip Vorhis
Thomas Phillip Vorhis, 45, of Roseburg, died while held at the Douglas County Jail on May 3, 2023. According to the Douglas County Sheriff's Office, a deputy found him unresponsive in the early morning, and emergency services confirmed his death. The sheriff's office said there were no current signs of foul play. An autopsy was scheduled at the Oregon State Medical Examiner's office, and the Roseburg Police Department continues its review, so the cause and manner of death have not yet been determined.
