Thomas Miles
Thomas Miles, 26, was held in a holding cell at the City-County Building in Indianapolis. According to the Marion County Sheriff's Office, he was found unresponsive in the cell on August 30, 2016, and taken to a hospital in critical condition. He died there on Friday, September 2, 2016, according to the Marion County coroner's office. The sheriff's office and Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department are investigating, and the sheriff's office would not say whether investigators believe he killed himself. The coroner's office has not yet determined the manner of death.
